How it works

Enter your actual tip-out roles and rates (sales percent, tips percent, or fixed amounts). Log each shift. See gross tips, tip-outs, net tips, hourly wages and estimated effective hourly earnings. One-off tip-out override supported. The included workbook can be opened in Excel; if importing into Google Sheets, verify the worked example in your own copy.

Important: A personal earnings estimate—not payroll, a paystub, tax preparation or legal advice. Taxes, deductions and minimum-wage compliance are not calculated. Use your employer's actual policies.

Using your download

Your download is one ZIP containing the four files listed above. Download and extract the ZIP before opening the files. Use Microsoft Excel for the XLSX workbook and a PDF reader for the guides and printable logs. For Google Sheets, import the workbook into your own account and check the included worked example before recording real shifts. Software, printing and Google account access are not included.

Permitted use

Licensed to one individual for personal recordkeeping. You may edit your personal copy and print worksheets for your own use. File sharing, resale, sublicensing and public posting are not permitted.
