Made-to-order physical products

We do not offer voluntary returns or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order physical products, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Please review the product details, size, color, and personalization before placing your order.

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact hello@bannerstead.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem. Include a photo of the packaging if it was damaged in transit. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery when possible so we can resolve supplier and carrier issues promptly. This requested reporting period does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not return an item until we provide instructions; the ship-from address may belong to a production partner rather than Bannerstead.

Personalization and order changes

Please double-check names, dates, spelling, and other details before checkout. Customer-entered errors are not printing defects; this does not affect remedies for an error made by Bannerstead or its production partner.

To request a cancellation or change, contact hello@bannerstead.com immediately with your order number. For made-to-order products, requests must reach us within 24 hours of purchase and before production begins. We will check the order's status and confirm whether the request can be completed. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, subject to applicable law.

Digital products

We do not offer voluntary refunds for change of mind on digital downloads, except where applicable law provides otherwise. If a purchased file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, contact hello@bannerstead.com with your order number. We will provide a working replacement, or a refund if we cannot provide the usable product you purchased.

Other physical products and refunds

Any product-specific return terms for other physical products will be stated on the product page. Contact hello@bannerstead.com with your order number if you need assistance. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits mandatory consumer rights or remedies that apply to your purchase.
