Physical products

Our print-on-demand gifts are made to order. Production time is additional to shipping time. Other physical products may have different fulfillment arrangements; check the individual product page for the details that apply to your order.

Shipping charges and available destinations are shown at checkout. Some products include U.S. shipping; others have a separate shipping charge. Free shipping applies only where the product page or checkout explicitly states it.

Delivery dates are estimates and can change because of production, carrier delays, holidays, or destination restrictions. If an order contains several products, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. We provide tracking when it is available.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at hello@bannerstead.com with your order number. An address change depends on whether the order has already entered production or shipping.

If your order appears delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us at hello@bannerstead.com with your order number so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Digital products

Digital-only products are downloads; no physical item is shipped. The product page and order confirmation explain what is included and how to access it. Contact hello@bannerstead.com with your order number if you have trouble accessing a purchased file.
