These Terms of Service govern your use of Bannerstead’s website and your purchase of products and services offered through the store. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies referenced below.

The business contact address is not necessarily a merchandise return address. Do not send a return unless Bannerstead provides return instructions.
2. Store use
You may use this store only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate information when placing an order. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use store content or services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
3. Products and product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Product photographs and mockups are intended to show the product as clearly as practical, but colors and appearance can vary by screen, printing process, material, and production run.
Product specifications, personalization options, included items, prices, availability, and other product-specific terms are those shown on the applicable product page at the time you order.
We may correct errors in product information and may discontinue products or limit availability. We will not substitute materially different goods without appropriate notice or consent where required.
4. Personalized products
For products that permit personalization, you are responsible for reviewing the text or other information you submit before placing your order. Character limits and available personalization fields are shown with the applicable product.
We do not intentionally alter customer-entered personalization without authorization. If submitted information appears incomplete or cannot be produced as entered, we may contact you before production.
Nothing in this section limits remedies that apply when Bannerstead or a production partner makes an error.
5. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Orders are subject to payment authorization, product availability, fraud screening, and our ability to fulfill the order.
Prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed at checkout as applicable.
We may cancel an order when necessary, including when a product cannot reasonably be fulfilled, a pricing or listing error materially affects the transaction, or fraud or misuse is suspected. If we cancel a paid order, any required refund will be returned through the applicable payment method.
6. Shipping and fulfillment
Physical-product shipping and delivery terms are governed by Bannerstead’s published Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Some physical products are made to order and may be produced, fulfilled, or shipped by third-party production partners. A shipment may originate from a location different from Bannerstead’s business contact address.
Delivery and production estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as such. If fulfillment is delayed, Bannerstead will handle the order in accordance with applicable law and the published Shipping Policy.
7. Digital products
Digital products do not include physical shipment unless the product page explicitly states otherwise.
Unless a product page grants broader rights, purchased digital files are for the buyer’s personal use. They may not be resold, redistributed, uploaded for public access, or commercially reproduced as standalone files.
Access and remedy information for digital purchases is governed by the applicable product description and Bannerstead’s published policies.
8. Returns, refunds, cancellations, and defects
Returns, refunds, cancellation requests, damaged goods, defective goods, personalization issues, and digital-file problems are governed by Bannerstead’s currently published Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms do not remove consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
9. Intellectual property
The Bannerstead name, store design, original text, graphics, product artwork, digital files, and other store content are owned by Bannerstead or used with permission from their respective rights holders, as applicable.
You may use store content only for ordinary personal shopping and use of purchased products. You may not reproduce, sell, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit store content without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise.
This clause does not represent that every third-party name, material, platform, or production element appearing in connection with a product is owned by Bannerstead.
10. Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, production or fulfillment services, carriers, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience where applicable. Bannerstead does not control third-party websites or their independent policies.
11. Prohibited transactions
We may refuse or cancel transactions involving suspected fraud, unlawful activity, abuse of the store, misuse of intellectual property, or other conduct that would violate these Terms or applicable law.
12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.
Bannerstead is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses to the extent such exclusions are permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. Applicable law and consumer protections
Mandatory consumer protections and applicable law remain in effect. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when store practices, products, services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the store with its effective or “last updated” date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that apply to completed purchases.
