This training aid does not replace allergy protocols, responsible alcohol service certification, legal requirements or manager judgment.

Using your download

Your download is one ZIP containing three PDFs: the printable deck, the tablet-friendly deck and the facilitator guide. Extract the ZIP and open the PDFs in a PDF reader. Print the Letter deck at 100% or actual size, without fit-to-page scaling, to retain the stated card size. Printer, paper and cutting supplies are not included. The customer package does not include editable card source files.

The included license allows internal training and printed working copies at one restaurant or business location. File sharing between locations, resale, public posting and sublicensing are not permitted. Contact Bannerstead for multi-location permission.
